Epoisses is a traditional farmhouse cheese that disappeared in the 40’s. It was brought back to life in the 50’s, in a small dairy workshop, by Simone and Robert Berthaut with the help of local old farm ladies who still remembered the manufacturing tradition of this cheese. Epoisses Berthaut has a specific rich bold flavor and an addictive creaminess.

Maroilles is an iconic PDO cheese from Northern France made in a small region of La Thiérache. Maroilles Fauquet is made in a little creamery with rich milk from lush meadows located nearby.
